Sushi Yoshi is an authentic Chinese/Japanese restaurant. I come from New York and have eaten chinese food all of my life. The menu at Sushi Yoshi is varied, creative and excellent. All of the dishes rival that of Chinatown. The Japanese food is fresh and consistent. Having eaten sushi in Japan, it was delightful to have great sushi here in Vermont. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is great. Don’t miss it if you are ever in Killington.

An excellent location, great atmosphere and fine service! We made a reservation for a private table, which was very nice, highly recommended. Our server was prompt and very nice, helped with recommendations and we never waited for drink or food orders. The appetizers came quickly and tasted grea. Presentation was nice, as was the flavor of the rolls we ordered. Definitely recommend Sushi Yoshi. It would have had to be mind-bendingly good to get 5 stars- highly recommend though!

Sushi Yoshi is the most versatile restaurant I’ve been to in years. From the FREE Happy Hour Wings, to the sushi, to the Chinese food, to the Hibachi Grill, Sushi Yoshi fails to disappoint my palate (your eyes are not playing tricks on you – I did just write a double negative)
My experiences at Sushi Yoshi starting at the beginning:
- Mu Shu Veggie – not greasy at all and enough for 2 generous portions
- Split 2 sushi rolls with a housemate – can’t remember exactly what, but they were unusual and yummy
- Happy Hour Wings & Long Trail – seriously do I even need to comment?
- Hibachi Grill – Pee Pee Sake says it all.
I plan on going back to Sushi every time I’m up at Killy because it’s simply too awesome to pass up!

My girlfriend and I eat sushi at least once or twice a week, so we were pretty skeptical of a sushi place in the middle of a vermont tourist area. I’m happy to say that we had a great experience.
The tuna rolls came in at around $7 and had nice big chunks of very suprisingly fresh tuna.
We had dinner at the hibachi table and were kept entertained by the chef who cooked us fantastic vegetables, noodles, and salmon with a brown glaze. Delicous!
